Our Mission

At the BLAST our mission is clear .... its about the development and advancement of SPORT.  the BLAST will provide the highest level of technical training and competition available to athletes of any age and skill, with the primary focus on enjoyment of the game.  
Our Policies
Violation of Norms: 

the BLAST NORMS, which apply to employees, spectators, coaches, players, and teams, are found here.  Violation of these NORMS will not be tolerated.  It's as simple as that.  
Registration Policy: 
Teams and individuals can register for any program in the following manner:

Programs - Camps- Clinics - Walk ups welcomed!!

Registrations will be accepted on a first come basis.  All registrations will be considered valid upon the receipt of a deposit or full payment.  
Payment Policy:
League Play:

  • A deposit is required to secure your registration.  Invoices will be mailed prior to the 1st game.

  • Payment in full is required prior to the 1st game. 

  • If FULL PAYMENT is not received prior to the first game, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed to the outstanding balance. 

  • Additionally, we may refuse court time to any individual or team that has an outstanding balance prior to the 2nd game.
Clinics/Camps/Open Play
  • Payment is due prior to start of play
Maverick Payment Policy
  • Any maverick team/individual is required to pay before any playtime is permitted. 
Return Check Policy

  • A $20.00 fee minimum will be applied to your account for a returned check.  If the bank charges are higher then $20 the additional amount will also be charged to your account.

  • Once a check has been returned we will accept payment by cash, credit or certified funds ONLY.
Behavior Policy:
  • Any fight,  punch,  or kick that occurs on the BLAST property (building or grounds) will result in an immediate ban from the arena for one year.
  • Red Card resulting from overly aggressive or rough play in the Soccer MOM League will result in suspension for a minimum of 1 complete session, not including the current session.  Referees are instructed to only issue RED CARDS for overly aggressive or rough play.
Participation Policy: 
  • All teams are required to have a team contact with a valid email address.  All communication will be via email. 
  • Teams are required to submit a roster of players.

  • All players are required to wear the proper equipment as required by the league rules
Refund Policy: 

All we ask for is a fair shake...an individual can try out any program, league, camp or school...if you are not satisfied we will return the unused portion of your fee within 30 days.  Teams in a scheduled league will not be subject to a refund after the posting of the league schedule. Dissatisfaction with the game official is not a reason for a refund request.  
Inclement Weather
Closure of the arena due to inclement weather is at the discretion of management.  Closure decisions will be based primarily on the safety of the participants while traveling to and from the arena.
Communication to the teams regarding closure will be directed to the TEAM CONTACT.  The team contact will then be responsible for communication with the team.

Communication to scheduled teams will be as follows:

   1. Web Site Posting when inclement weather threatens Central Pennsylvania

   2. E-Mail notification of scheduled teams

   3. Voice Mail Message on our answering service: call 717-825-2060
Reschedule Policy: 

  • We will attempt to re-schedule games only if the building is closed due to inclement weather. 

  • Re-scheduled games will be based on AVAILABLE DATES and not necessarily during the league scheduled day of the week or time.  

  • Wednesday Dec 26th & Friday Dec 28th ( 8am - 5pm ) have already been reserved as a inclement weather make up dates.

  • Re-scheduled game dates and times are NOT negotiable and every effort should be made to make your rescheduled game. 

  • Their will be No refunds for no-shows even if the reschedule date for inclement weather does not meet with the team’s approval. 

  • All no-shows will be a forfeit. 

League Play and Published Schedule:
The  SCHEDULE can be viewed at easternfm  (CLICK HERE) or call 717-825-2060 for updates or changes. 
Maverick Players:
  • Individuals who desire to play but are not affiliated with a team.  At the BLAST we will work hard to find a place for these players to participate.  
  • Youth Mavericks: Typically, Youth players age 3-12 yrs old will be placed on BLAST MAVERICK teams, based on registrations. We will form teams, provide qualified coaches and provide practice time. 
  • Adult Mavericks:  We usually can place most adults on a Maverick Team or with existing teams. In most cases, Adult Mavericks share in the team price.
